This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity (the “Platform”), operated by Fedyakin Gleb (the "Controller", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data you provide when you use the Platform at https://grvty.space/.

When you submit the single contact/request form on Gravity we collect:
Mandatory fields you provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
Optional / business fields you provide:
- Company name
- Company website
- Country
- Free-text comment (may include project details or other personal/business information)
Technical and system data we collect automatically:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, access timestamps, and cookies/analytics data (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and lawful bases for processing
We use personal data for the following purposes:

To respond to your inquiry and provide services (matching to operators/contractors, answering messages, follow-up communications).
Lawful basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract; in certain cases our legitimate interests (responding to requests). -
To operate, maintain and improve the Platform (product analytics, security, debugging).
Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in product improvement and platform security. -
For marketing communications and newsletters where you have opted in.

7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law. Typical retention periods (unless you request deletion sooner):
- Submitted forms & communications: 3 years after last contact.
- Email newsletters / marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Logs and analytics: up to 12 months, or aggregated/anonymised forms retained longer for analytics.
If legal obligations require longer retention or we have a legitimate business reason (e.g., tax, litigation), we may retain a subset of data for a longer period and will notify you where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

9. Security
We implement reasonable organizational and technical safeguards (access controls, encryption where practicable, staff confidentiality obligations). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and authorities when required by law if a personal data breach occurs.
10. Minors
The Platform is not directed to children under 16. If you believe we have collected a minor’s data, contact privacy@grvty.space and we will promptly delete it.

We will post updates here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified where required by law.
